New everActive Pro Alkaline and everActive Industrial batteries tested in accredited laboratory INTERTEK, Sweden

In July 2022, the everActive Pro Alkaline alkaline batteries and everActive Industrial batteries were tested against performance by a specialized testing laboratory.

Intertek Semko AB, located in Sweden is an elite laboratory capable of testing batteries and other equipment.
Intertek Semko AB is an official National Certification Body in Sweden. It is highly reputable and reliable authority.

A sample of 2x16 AA LR6 cells and 2x16 AAA LR03 cells has been tested.

Our batteries have easily met the conditions of the official standard PN-EN 60086-2:2016, achieving operating times much longer (even 2 times) than reference, required values for alkaline batteries.

Brief summary of the tests below:

everActive Pro Alkaline

1. LR03, load 5.1Ω. Discharge time 1h / rest 23h.
Required result: no less than 120 min.
Average battery life: 280,4 minutes - which is longer by 137% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 279,05 minutes and the maximum was 281,74 minutes.

2. LR03, load 50mA. Discharge time 1h / rest 11h.
Required result: no less than 12h.
Average battery life: 22,1h - which is longer by 84% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 21,68h and the maximum was 22,49h.

3. LR6, load 3.9Ω. Discharge time 1h / rest 23h.
Required result: not her as 5h.
Average battery life: 8,6h - which is longer by 72% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 8,52h and the maximum was 8,59h.

4. LR6, load 50mA. Discharge time 1h / rest 7h.
Required result: not her as 30h.
Average battery life: 50,6h - which is longer by 69% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 49,95h and the maximum was 50,80h.

Required result: no less than 120 min.
Average battery life: 262,9 minutes - which is longer by 119% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 260,63 minutes and the maximum was 265,28 minutes.

2. LR03, load 50mA. Discharge time 1h / rest 11h.
Required result: no less than 12h.
Average battery life: 19,8h - which is longer by 65% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 18,41h and the maximum was 20,51h.

3. LR6, load 3.9Ω. Discharge time 1h / rest 23h.
Required result: not her as 5h.
Average battery life: 7,2h - which is longer by 44% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 6,97h and the maximum was 7,33h.

4. LR6, load 50mA. Discharge time 1h / rest 7h.
Required result: not her as 30h.
Average battery life: 42,9h - which is longer by 43% than required for an alkaline battery. The minimum was 40,42h and the maximum was 45,84h.
