NC-1000 starts the line of everActive products

The third quarter of 2014 has brought a new charger to the Polish market. The company Baltrade unveiled a new, microprocessor controlled charger called NC-1000. This model is a serious competitor amongst similar chargers that are reputable on the Polish market. At the same time, NC-1000 initiates the line of everActive products. Thanks to the new capabilities of this charger it becomes a serious contender for other chargers like Technoline, Ansmann or even Powerex. Baltrade announced that in the coming months it will introduce more microprocessor controlled chargers. NC-1000 is a charger inspired by the very popular BC-700/BC-900/BC-1000. The engineers of the NC-1000 went a step further and eliminated the two main flaws of the BC chargers: - the power input is set to 12V (whereas the BC series is set to 3V) meaning the power supply is more versatile – both the power and car adapters are supplied, - during the charging/discharging the user has the capability of altering any parameters for any slot. The charging current isn't in any way limited or dependent on the previously charged cells (the BC series is limited to the setting set for the first used cell). Also the charger has been equipped with a USB port (5V/1000mA) allowing the user to charge mobile devices (smartphones, tablets etc.) In additon – contrary to the more expensive MH-C9000 or Powerline 4 Pro – the charger has a less restrictive mechanism that is responsible for detecting batteries of high resistance, this means that it will be able to charge batteries that other chargers will regonize as damaged. Features and capabilities of the NC-1000 charger: - very handy and compact charger – the charger is more compact than the BC-700 and BC-1000, - despite the many functions, the charger is very easy to use and very user-friendly, - four, completely independent charging channels – capable of charging up to four pieces of batteries of different sizes, capacities and even different manufacturers, - the possibilty of setting a different, completely independent charging/discharging currents for any of the slots, - the possibilty of setting 200-500-700-1000 mA for any slot as the charging current, - the possibilty of setting 100-250-350-500 mA for any slot as the discharging current, - a very versatile power supply (12V DC/1.5A), also the charger is supplied with car adapter for your charging purposes on the go, - multifunction LCD display unit showing the current voltage, duration, charging current and the capacity, - four operating modes: Refresh – perfoms a couple cycles of discharging and charging in order to restore the capacity and remove/minimalize a memory effect of the battery, Charge – the inserted batteries will be charged with automatically preset charge current, Discharge - the inserted batteries will be discharged with a preset discharge current, Test – the batteries are charged, then discharged to measure the accurate capacity of the battery, - USB port – the charger can be used as a power source for mobile devices (5V DC / 1000 mA). |
