The end of January 2016 is bringing the long awaited premiere of microprocessor controlled car battery chargers.

CBC-1, CBC-4 and CBC-10 are representatives of the so called “intelligent chargers”. They are digital and micro-processor controlled chargers. They are designed for the most effective charging and maintenance of VRLA, AGM, VLA, SLA, WET, GEL, Lead-Acid batteries.

All of the chargers come with two sets of connecting leads: clamp connectors and ring terminals.

 

CBC-1 is a unique, miniature design used to trickle charge and maintenance of 6V/12V of any capacity above 1.2 Ah. The device is completely maintenance-free, it automatically detects the type of battery (voltage) and safely charges it. The charging process is continuously monitored, automatically ended (as to not over charge the battery) and is resumed once the voltage of the battery reaches a level where it needs to be recharged. This charger can be used as a buffer charger for any 12V battery – it keeps the battery ready for any period of time.

 

CBC-4 is an advanced charger equipped with a LCD display, used to charge 6V and 12V batteries of different capacities. The charger allows the user to choose from different charging modes fit for a specific battery (voltage and capacity). A so called “winter mode” increases the efficiency of the charging process for 12V batteries even in the low temperatures. The charging process is terminated automatically. On the LCD display you can read the current voltage of the battery and a graph showing the charge status.


CBC-10 is a professional, fast charger designated for 12V and 24V batteries. It allows the user to choose maximum charging current from 2A to 10A for 12V and up to 5A for 24V batteries. It has an additional feature of a power supply mode 13.6V DC/5A – a function that can be used as a trickle charger or a power supply for equipment powered with 12V. Allows for a maintenance-free, fully automatic charge that will resume charging even after the loss of AC power input.
